1. General

Welcome to en777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and en777 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the en777 website, mobile browser experience, games, sportsbook, e-Sabong service, and all related features available at en777.best.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on en777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms — including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. • You are mentally competent to enter into a legally binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on en777. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or any other name — is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being suspended and any balance forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time by our compliance team. You will be asked to submit:

• A valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS, GSIS, or UMID)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on en777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). en777 does not charge currency conversion fees on player transactions. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Bank transfers: BDO, BPI, UnionBank via InstaPay and PESONet
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards issued by Philippine banks

Minimum deposit is ₱100 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit unless a limit has been set by you through your responsible gaming settings. Deposits are credited to your en777 wallet in real time for e-wallets and within standard processing times for bank transfers.

Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers process within the same business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PHT; requests after cut-off are processed the next business day.

en777 can only release withdrawals to payment methods registered in the account holder's verified name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification for large or unusual withdrawal requests. en777 does not profit from delays in withdrawal processing — our goal is to get your money to you as fast as the payment networks allow.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games, sportsbook markets, e-Sabong, and card game rooms on en777 are governed by the specific rules published for each product. These product-level rules are accessible within the relevant game or section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific product's rules, the product rules apply to that product's outcomes and settlements.

Sports betting: All bets are final once confirmed. Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent market movements do not affect accepted bets. In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the bet being accepted before the market closes. en777 reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors, data feed failures, or palpable errors in odds setting (e.g., odds published at a clearly incorrect price due to a system error).

Casino games: All RNG casino games on en777 use certified random number generators audited for fairness. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot and RNG table game is published within the game information panel. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheel) managed by licensed studio operators — en777 does not control live dealer outcomes.

e-Sabong: All cockfight results are determined by the officiating judge at the licensed arena. en777 is not responsible for the conduct or outcome of any fight — we record and process the official result as declared by the arena. Bets placed after betting closes are not valid. Draw (Empate) bets pay at the published Draw odds if the official result is a draw.

Minimum and maximum stakes vary by product and may vary by event. The applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement or within each game. en777 may adjust stake limits for individual accounts at its discretion, particularly in cases where irregular betting patterns are identified.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

en777 regularly offers promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, cashback, reload bonuses, tournament prize pools, and free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion in addition to these general bonus terms.

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. A wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as real money. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on en777 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to verified, real-money account holders. Bonuses cannot be claimed using temporary or unverified accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and Sabong may contribute less or not at all — check the specific promotion for contribution rates.
• en777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus if abuse or misuse is detected.
• Withdrawal of a deposit before bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

7. Fair Play & Prohibited Acts

en777 is committed to providing a fair and secure environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; chargebacks made in bad faith.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any card game, tournament, or betting market on en777.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets on the basis of non-public information about the outcome of a sporting event, cockfight, or casino game.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets, spin slots, or interact with the Platform without manual player input.
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage. You are required to report bugs to support — exploiting them is prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using en777 to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. en777 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations under Philippine law.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent a restriction or exclusion.

11. Limitation of Liability

en777's total aggregate liability to any member in any twelve-month period is limited to the net deposits made by that member during that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or as otherwise required by Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

en777 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account if:

• A member violates any provision of these Terms
• Identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected
• A member requests self-exclusion
• Regulatory or legal requirements compel us to do so
• The account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months (dormancy policy applies)

When an account is closed due to a member's violation of these Terms, any outstanding bonus balance is forfeited. Real money balances are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the violation and any outstanding investigation. Where no wrongdoing is found, verified real money balances will be returned via the member's registered payment method.

You may close your account at any time by contacting en777 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified real money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method within the same timeframe.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of en777 are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute process.

Dispute resolution: If you have a complaint about a transaction, game result, or service on en777, please contact our support team first. The majority of issues are resolved within 24–48 hours through direct support.
